Doug Stebbins is a Managing Director of Consensus, having joined the firm in March 2008. Mr. Stebbins has played a leading role in many Consensus engagements and, in 2009, participated in the successful reorganizations of Ultra Stores, Inc. and G.M. Pollack & Sons. Along with Mr. O’Hara, Mr. Stebbins developed Consensus’s Retailer Health Ratings™ product.
Prior to joining Consensus, Mr. Stebbins was employed by various financial institutions including The First Marblehead Corporation, a student loan origination and syndication business, Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi, Siemens Financial Services and PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he was a corporate valuation professional.
