Restructuring Advisory/Interim Management

Consensus professionals have extensive experience in restructuring companies both in and out of bankruptcy. We also provide advisory services to lenders, unsecured creditors, bondholders, equity holders and other relevant constituencies.

Consensus professionals serve as Chief Restructuring Officers for companies in distress at the request of a debtor company and/or its creditors. When so engaged, we assist the company in managing its operations, streamlining its business functions, cutting expenses, seeking strategic partners and/or selling assets. These services are often provided in bankruptcy, so we involve ourselves actively in the management of the case. Other Consensus personnel assist the Chief Restructuring Officer as necessary.
