Creditors Rights

Consensus professionals have a long history of advising and assisting secured and unsecured creditors in collecting debts. On occasion we are engaged by a single creditor to assist in thinking through its rights with regard to an overdue account. More often,we advise official and ad hoc committees of unsecured creditors in understanding a debtor’s insolvency and the strategic outcomes available. We monitor the debtor’s business operations and cash flows, involve ourselves in identifying and executing strategic outcomes and, if the matter calls for it, undertake forensic investigations into matters that may support recovery efforts.
