A six store Massachusetts based retailer engaged Consensus’s Betsy White to develop its first set of detailed monthly and longer term financial projections in order to obtain bank financing for its growth plans. During the project, Ms. White assisted the owner in establishing proper internal controls to better monitor the business performance, feasibility of expansion of the business into the wholesale/internet channel, and gaining introductions to various sources of capital.

Although the owner has since sold the business, he maintains contact with Ms. White and values her informal counsel on his new venture.
