Observing the growing number of people in the United States with potentially lethal food allergies, Consensus approached a small but well-regarded hypoallergenic food producer about adding a wholesale distribution channel to its primarily web-based retail business. Consensus worked with the owners of the business to develop a staged wholesaling growth plan and associated model, as well as a capital budget to help them build the infrastructure necessary to support their growth. As part of the process, we have developed a refined distribution approach for the Company and an initial list of contacts potentially interested in carrying the Company’s products.

Extensive corporate and sector marketing materials have been prepared, and we are presently approaching venture capital markets to seek early stage capital for the Company.
