Branding and Licensing

Consensus was engaged by an intellectual property licensing business to assist it in developing a line of apparel for a world-famous media brand. Consensus worked with the licensing business and a first-class apparel designer to develop materials that presented the media brand in a high-fashion light. We then introduced the concept to several well-regarded apparel wholesalers, one of whom developed samples and marketing plans for the concept. We aided the licensing business in vetting the financial elements of apparel wholesaler’s license offer and led several rounds of contract negtotiations.
