Capital Raising

Through Consensus Securities LLC, we raise capital for companies from institutional and accredited investors. This includes capital for clients to facilitate growth, acquisitions, recapitalization or a change in their business, such as a restructuring. We also assist early stage companies in obtaining their initial financing, typically from commercial lenders and/or venture capital firms. We maintain extensive contacts with commercial bank lenders, mezzanine and junior secured lenders, private equity funds, hedge funds and venture capital firms.
